P K Malhotra has forty years of experience in the field of law and has held many important assignments in the Government of India. He was Secretary in the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India; Member, Law Commission of India; Presiding Officer (Offg.) and Member, Securities Appellate Tribunal; Chairman, Adjudicating Authority, Prevention of Money Laundering Act and Judicial Member, Income-tax Appellate Tribunal.
He has handled legal issues pertaining to Constitutional Law, Administrative law, Commercial laws, Cyber laws, alternate dispute resolution including Arbitration and issues relating to the telecom sector. He has also worked as Arbitrator in large number of cases.
After demitting office as Law Secretary, Mr. Malhotra has started consultancy as an Advocate. He is working as Arbitrator/Conciliator for some Central Public Sector Undertakings. He is also an independent Director on the Board of NCDEX, Mumbai.

Ashok Ummat is former Deputy Secretary General of FICCI and Executive Director of ICC India, Indian affiliate of the Paris based International Chamber of Commerce, the world business organisation.
After completing his Bachelors' and Masters' degree in Economics from Delhi University, he taught Economics for a year in Delhi University itself.
His professional career, spanning over 40 years, has seen him pursuing the cause of business by presenting Indian business views to policy makers and facilitating networking among Indian businesses and those from many other countries across the globe.
His travels across the world provided him an opportunity to interact with businesses and policymakers alike, understand the mechanics of policy making and evolve recommendations for government on creating a facilitating environment for business.

Arun Kumar, is a seasoned corporate finance professional. He possesses a wide domain of expertise that includes resource mobilisation and treasury management, as well as the control functions. His experience profile covers power, aviation, fertiliser and textile industries over a 40 year plus stint in various corporates. Mekhala Benny

Benny, an articulate, vibrant and determined law professional, has completed her graduation from ILS Law College, Pune and her masters from Christ University, Bangalore. She has done her specialization in Corporate and Commercial Laws. Having previously worked in the High Court of Kerala and other authorities in and around South India, she has amassed rich exposure in litigation of Direct and Indirect Taxation and Company Laws. Here in VJA Legal, she is handling Litigation, drafting of appeals and Writs. She regularly represents the clients before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunals, High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.
